Well, in some ways, if we knew the answer to that we would bottle it and sell it!
Many times people ask Kirsty, what do you do? And, essentially it boils down to getting people to understand themselves, challenge them, get them to think (and actually think not just have mental activity) and create happy team environments to work in.
Yes, well all very nice. This is business.
Exactly, so, what would a 25% increase in sales mean to you?
What would a 46% increase in engagement figures mean to the bottom line?
What effect would a decrease in attrition have?
Its striking the number of companies we are working in just now whereby people have mentally left their jobs.
The impact of this mental shift is immeasurable.
We know that we can get the right people to engage, to get them back to their best and to create a difference in their work and their output. Of that I am 100% certain.
It’s important to us that when we work within businesses, we look at multiple bottom lines; setting up the KPIs for us and the team.
