Honey! I shrunk the personal trainer and life coach!!!!

Isn’t it amazing what you can do these days? Well, for you (yes you!) we have squashed a personal trainer and a personal lifestyle guru into a tiny little iPod for your physical and mental pleasure (Well, when we say pleasure, the personal trainer (Nathalie) works your butt off with circuits and cardio work so pleasure may not be the exact terminology to use !!??!...)

It took us some time to get them the exact size; certainly a few failed experiments however they are here now to take your mind and body fitness to the next level...

A 28 day programme for the body and mind.

Physically, this is packed with circuits, cardio and stretches from the Nat attack (the personal trainer) which you coordinate to fit into your daily life. We are all busy bees with one thing and another; having this portable personal trainer gives you NO EXCUSES!!! Use when running for motivation, in the hotel, in the lounge/living room/library (depending on how posh you are!)- Wherever you are, we are!

Mentally, there are tracks to help you with your mind in different times.

Feel you need some motivation? Feeling sluggish? If someone asked you to do go for a run right now you may cry?   Then the kick up the bum track is perfect for those times. What about a little relaxation and time out to focus on your goals and your life with the meditation track. The mental elements give you insight into the ways of your brain and motivational thoughts for each day of the 28 day programme... We love to get all our inspirational quotes through and so we give you inspiration daily and it allows you to reflect and focuses your mind.

So what will I get out of this...

The physical stuff...

Meet Nathalie, she is our fitness guru and she takes you through your paces with different tracks. So, it’s like having several fitness videos in here- there are 4 different circuits to work different parts of your body.

Then the cardio tracks coupled with any other cardio activity you decide to do will catapult your fitness to a new level!!!

Make sure you warm up and cool down – yes Nathalie will take you through that too.
There’s even a calendar set up for you so, essentially, no excuses!

Coupled with the exercise regime (which I ensure you you will love!) there are some great top tips from Nathalie on nutrition and what are good foods to eat...

Paying attention to how you fuel your body is essential and promotes self awareness.

The mind stuff

A programme that focuses on the  body is productive. A programme that focuses on the body and mind is fabulised! It’s the thought that counts...

There are several mind tracks on your programme which enable your thoughts and mind. Mind body connection is powerful and we use the power of your mind to produce top results for you.

“The brain cannot differentiate between what we visualise and what we materialise”

Work completed with athletes in the 80’s demonstrated the power of us. Athletes were asked to run their race and they were linked up to find their physiological conditions – heart rate, breathing, what muscles fired etc... Then they were asked to think about running their race. No movements just think. The same muscles fired, same heart rate etc. Amazing.

Get on with your mind

So, if we are going to be working with your mind then it helps to know what it does!

This track covers off how your mind works and enlightens you on how “thoughts become things”. 

Everything you do is an inside job. Discover how your beliefs, attitudes and values will be affecting your focus on your health and fitness.  

Our language creates what happens in our life so understanding those 60,000 thoughts a day and the impact of those allows you to decide what thoughts you have on a daily basis.

Kick up the Bum

So, feeling lethargic? “Can’t be botherditis” coming into play? Do your ligaments feel as if they are shrinking? Sometimes we need to have someone shout in our ear or encourage you to do what you know will benefit you. So, stick on this track for all round motivation and encouragement. Set some anchors and focus on what you want. Anxiety is a warning from your unconscious mind to focus on what you want.

Visualisation is key. Our brain cannot differentiate between what we visualise and what we materialise. So, set up some vision boards and start visualising your success. We take you through some visualisation techniques and direct your focus to successful results.

Get in touch with your inner self! A small amount of meditation a day is a great way to get in touch with your unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind preserves the body and has your perfect blueprint of health; working with meditation and relaxation allows you to ensure you are on track with all your physical and mental strength.

Starting your day with a positive thought is a sure fire way to put a spring in your step and get you up and ready for anything! Some of these thoughts are a couple of minutes long, some a couple of seconds... they are timed alongside your 28 day fitness programme and ensure you are activated for positivity for the day!!!
