This stand alone product is part of our nlp in a pod programme and consists of your very own ipod shuffle with 12 hours of recording, an easy to work through manual and our very own book The Gift. This gives you a great introduction to the theory of NLP, its many tools and techniques and how you can apply them to your life without attending the actual practitioner training. You can also have the option of purchasing our nlp in a pod coaching programme which is the same but with 2 x coaching sessions with Kirsty.
